STEP 2: ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENTS

At Turner & Partners, we buy houses in any condition! If necessary, we'll schedule a walk-thru tour to assess the overall condition of your home.


For social distancing purposes, we can also schedule a virtual walk-thru or additional detailed photos of your property. During this time, we're here to answer any additional questions you might have about the selling process.

Turner & Partners purchases houses "as-is," so there's no need to schedule a deep cleaning or repairman to fix any existing damages.

STEP 3: NO-OBLIGATION CASH OFFER

Fortunately, we will provide you with the vital information to calculate your cash offer for your property. Our valuation experts utilize current market values, comparable property sale prices, and the property's condition to determine your offer. 

STEP 4: CLOSING DATE & GETTING PAID

The fourth and final step in our selling process takes place after you accept our offer. We'll complete a purchase agreement and send it via DocuSign/HelloSign.


After the buyer (Turner & Partners) and seller (You) sign the purchase agreement, we'll send it off to our experienced title company. You and the title company will exchange information and confirm the closing date (typically 28 days or less).

Finally, the title company will schedule the time and place for our official closing. Most closings occur remotely. The title company will disperse a mobile notary to your chosen location. Lastly, you will experience the best part, getting paid!
