ARE THERE ANY FEES OR COMMISSIONS FOR SELLING MY HOUSE WITH TURNER & PARTNERS?

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REAL ESTATE AGENT?

Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will purchase them. The average time to sell a property in many markets right now is a grueling 6 to 12 months. When hiring a real estate agent, you pay a commission as a % of the sales. Often it's 3% - 6% of the sales price (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent).  


Agents provide an excellent, yet expensive, service for those that can wait 6 to 12 months in many cases to sell and who have room to pay the commission on the sale, but many don't have 6 to 12 months to wait and need cash offers immediately. CAN I USE BANK FINANCING TO BUY THESE PROPERTIES?

We tend to work with people looking for investment properties who are paying cash and who can close quickly. However, if you are pre-approved with a bank and can close quickly, we’ll consider all offers.

HOW SOON DO I GET PAID? WILL I GET PAID WITH CASH OR CHECK?

After we agree on a purchase price, that same amount of funds will be wired to the title company on or before the day of closing. Once the title company has verified all of the closing paperwork and recorded all significant data with the county, the funds will be electronically wired to your designated bank account. This process typically takes one business day.

It's standard practice for title companies to use a secure wire transfer directly into your bank account when disbursing your proceeds. You can request a certified cashier's check at closing if you prefer, but note that a cashier's check often takes longer to clear when depositing due to holds placed by most banks on a check of that size.
